Operation Backpack (Kicking off the 2016-2017 School Year)

Forest Lane Community School

The mission of the Montello School District, an evolving educational community, is to inspire children to be life-long learners. The community will provide our students with the tools to fulfill their unique potential in a safe and positive environment in a fiscally responsible manner.

The vision of Forest Lane Community School is to provide 21st century instruction using a research-based, data-driven and student-centered approach to education.

Forest Lane Elementary School publishes an informational memo that is sent home with students after school every Monday. It is also located in the Monday Memo tab on this website. This is a valuable means of communication.

School Improvement

Broad Goal #1: The goal of the Forest Lane Community Staff is to have a top 20 score in CESA 5 regarding Reading and Mathematics by the school year 2017-2018.
